Casey has been investing in vacation homes since 2020, her personal success caught the attention of like-minded investors which led to the opening of Red One Management. Her passion for hospitality creates a personalized experience for her guests, while property owners and investors alike can expect a stress-free investment with consistent communication. Marketing and Office Manager
Kim helps keep our operations running smoothly while supporting marketing and pricing initiatives across our properties. She plays a key role in pricing strategies, project implementation, and guest outreach, ensuring our listings and communications stay organized and effective. Kim also assists with coordinating day-to-day office operations and supporting the team as we continue to grow.Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Buck, her twin daughters who are both in college, and their three bunnies, usually relaxing poolside with a cocktail in hand.Kim Burgraff

Operations Analyst
Brandon plays a key role in supporting the performance and day-to-day operations of our properties. He regularly visits properties in person to evaluate operations, assist with implementation of improvements, and ensure each home meets our quality and guest experience standards. Brandon also works closely with the team to analyze operational processes and support strategies that keep our properties running efficiently and performing at their best.
